If you receive any items which are faulty or damaged (which were not advertised as damaged, unpackaged or no lid) please return the items and we can either offer a refund or replacement. At the discretion of our management, we may require photographical evidence to support claims for damages.
We do not provide refunds or exchanges on custom filled bottles in regular or crystal bottles for gifts; for example if you choose Golden Dust and choose to fill it in a 12ml bottle; we would not provide refund or excha nge on this item due to it’s nature.
We provide full refund and exchanges on packaged sealed items within 7 working days provided they have not been opened and are still in the same condition.
Returned items should be sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class. Our couriers cannot cover return postage costs for Special Delivery or any courier service. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach our offices.
In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Sunnamusk will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage.
