  • What delivery options do you have?

    We offer delivery to both the UK and Europe. Delivery is free for orders over £25.

    • UK Standard Delivery (4-5 Working Days) – Free over £25
    • UK Second Class Delivery (2-4 Working Days) – £2.95
    • UK First Class Delivery (1-3 Working Days) – £4.95
    • UK Next Day Delivery (by 1PM next working day, weekdays only) – £8.95
    • EU Standard Delivery (8-10 Working Days) – £9.80

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. If you wish to receive your order using next day delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm.

    We process orders Monday through to Friday 9am-5pm excluding bank holidays. Any orders we receive outside of these times will be processed the next working day. Next day delivery orders received after Friday 1pm will be processed on the next working day (Monday).

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    Yes, we ship to Europe using standard delivery. (8-10 working days)

    If the order has already been dispatched,  we are not able to cancel it. Once you have received the items, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team and send them back to us in their original condition and we will refund your purchase.

  • What payment options do you offer?

    We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, American Express and Apple Pay.

  • Where can I use my promo code?

    You can use your promo code during the checkout process.

    Please make sure the code is successfully applied to your order before completing the purchase, as we will not be able to apply codes and discounts afterwards.

Returns

  • My items have arrived damaged

    At Sunnamusk, we always try our best to package your items securely, so they are not damaged in transit. However, sometimes they might suffer some damage whilst on their way to you.

    Please do not dispose of any packaging as you may be asked to return or provide pictures.

  • Returning unwanted items

    If for whatever reason you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return any unopened products to us. Ensure the item is still in its original condition, unopened and is returned to us securely.

    We offer a full refund and exchange on packaged, sealed items within 14 working days of purchase.
