Do you offer gift wrapping for gift?

Yes! We supply gift wrapping for free to our customers. You may let us know that your order is a gift and that you would like it to be wrapped as such.

I do not have a Paypal account. How can I pay by card?

No need to have a paypal account to pay with us. You can pay by either card or Paypal. But you may have to proceed through Paypal without having to create a Paypal account. Do I need to register on the website?

You can browse on the website and see the items of your choice as a guest, however, we recommend our customers create an account. So they can keep record, follow up ad check status of their orders on their own when necessary.

When will my order be dispatched?

We offer same day dispatch for orders placed before 2pm and next day dispatch after 2pm. Note, this is only valid if payment is cleared up front. In case payment status is pending , we will dispatch your order as soon as we receive the confirmation of the payment. Bare in mind weekends and bank holidays are not included in the dispatch schedule. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day before 2pm.

Do you ship abroad? International Shipping?

Yes, we provide a fast worldwide delivery and we use DPD for our international deliveries.

Can my billing information and my shipping information be different?

Yes, when placing an order you can choose your billing information and shipping information separately. You can also change your shipping information at a later date if you need to, but for this you may need to create an account if you have not did it already. Create account HERE

What currencies do you accept?

We accepts ( £) Pound Sterling, US Dollars, and Euros. your browser will automatically show your own currency if paying by paypal. Note: Even though you might see the paypal logo on our website, you can pay by card also with no need to have or register for a paypal account. What can I do if something is wrong with my order?

Can I cancel my order?

If the order is already shipped we are not able to cancel it. Once you have received the items, please send it back to us in its original condition and we will refund your purchase.

How can I return or exchange an item ordered?

Sunnamusk makes every effort to make sure all goods dispatched are in perfect condition, should there be a problem or fault with the goods please return them within 7 days to the address below. We will exchange or issue a refund as stated in the Terms and Conditions of our website. Note: Always contact us for approval before returning any item. We do not take any responsibility on items returned to us without our consent or knowledge. Any goods returned must be notified within 48 hours of you receiving the product and all returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Goods must be returned to us fully packaged (original packaging), unused and in a re-sale condition at your cost.
