We always do our best to ensure orders are processed correctly, however, sometimes mistakes do occur and we are keen to resolve them for you as quickly as possible.

If for whatever reason you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return any unopened products to us. Ensure the item is still in its original condition, unopened and is returned to us securely.

We offer a full refund and exchange on packaged, sealed items within 14 working days of purchase. Fragrance Oils in clear or crystal bottles are exempt. We do not offer refund on promotional, reduced or discounted items. Please note that we are only able to assist with refund or replacement if the product is damaged. Prior to receiving a video or picture as proof of damage.

Returns, exchanges and replacements are processed as soon as we receive your items. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending your item back to us. We are not able to reimburse the cost of postage paid to send the goods back to us.


When returning goods to customer services or in-store, refunds will be paid to the same method of payment used on the original order.  The refund value will be for the price paid when the order was placed.
