VIEW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By registering and accepting Sunnamusks terms and conditions you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and all information and details provided are your correct, current and complete details. You agree that you will not use the Website for criminal, fraudulent or illegal activity or in any manner which would cause harm or distress to any third party if we suspect fraudulent account activity or behaviour we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Website at any time without notice.
If you wish to contact us please either email email@example.com or call us on 08002926442, our offices are open Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm (except English Bank Holidays) Messages can be left outside office hours. Whilst every effort is made to deal with all enquiries within 24 hours during the working week, we do operate an email system so all email will be dealt with in the order received.
Sunnamusk only sells 100% genuine products, we do not sell any fakes or copies. We do occasionally sell damaged items or items without their original packaging (and lid), this is always advertised on the product details and in no way reflects on the quality of the product.
Images are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product received. Colours on some items, in particular (but not limited to), cosmetic items, may vary due to limitations within the photographic process and screen variations.
All stock and prices are subject to availability, items added to the basket may change as you proceed to checkout so please recheck your order before submitting payment.
We accept payment by credit/debit cards: Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Delta or by Paypal Sunnamusk will not be liable for charges or payment processing fees, should they apply, associated to your chosen method of payment.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed by management.
All prices are in GBP(£) and include VAT. If you have used our Google Translate facility, please note that prices will still be charged in GBP, but may incorrectly display in an alternate currency at points throughout the order process.
Sunnamusk does not operate a price-matching policy.
Where applicable, prices are shown in Euros (€) and US Dollars ($) are based on an average daily exchange rate. When you add items to your shopping bag the prices will revert back to GBP (£) as we only currently transact in GBP (£) When your order is processed the total actually charged may vary dependant on the rate of exchange at that time.
Sunnamusk does not store any credit or debit card details, all card payments are made through Stripe which is a secure service.
The price of a product shall be as stated on the website at the time you place your order except in the case of obvious error. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price. In this event, we will either contact you to confirm your order at the correct price, or cancel your order and ensure all funds are returned.
Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details, PayPal details, or full address details. Sunnamusk reserves the right to request payment by an alternative method or cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.
In some circumstances, initial postage prices quoted at the time of order may not be sufficient to cover actual postage costs. Should this be the case, Sunnamusk reserves the right to request payment of the price difference in the postage costs prior to fulfilling and dispatching the order.
Sunnamusk reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at any time, restrict quantities of certain items or deliver certain orders to the Billing Address only at the discretion of our management.
Sunnamusk reserves the right to withdraw, restrict the use of promotional codes and restrict the use of promotional codes in conjunction with one another.
Once an order has been placed, Sunnamusk is not able to guarantee that changes to an order can be made prior to the order being dispatched.
Sunnamusk reserves the right to leave blank any gift cards which are deemed to contain offensive or inappropriate language.
If Sunnamusk is unable to fulfil part or all of your order due to the stock becoming unavailable we will try to offer an alternative item or we will refund your payment for items we are unable to supply. Sunnamusk will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation in any form for disappointment suffered.
If customs or import duties are charged once the parcel leaves the UK these charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.
Please notify Sunnamusk if your UK order which was dispatched by Standard Tracked or Express Tracked Delivery has not arrived after 15 working days. Orders dispatched outside the UK must allow 30 working days. Your parcel may then be deemed ‘missing’ and we can offer a replacement or refund. No compensation will be granted in the rare event of a non-delivery.
Due to restrictions shipping certain products to destinations off the mainland UK, additional postage costs may be incurred due to the number of products that can be sent per order. Should this be the case, Sunnamusk will contact you to advise prior to the dispatch of the order.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988, we do not supply any of your details to a third party, unless you have given Sunnamusk express permission to do so.

Sunnamusk shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
*Discount codes are not valid with any other offers. When applied, it will be prioritised on any other offers added to the cart.

INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU
1.1 We may collect and process the following data about you:

This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, purchasing goods, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site.
1.1.2 If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
1.1.3 We may ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
1.1.4 Details of transactions you carry out through our site and of the fulfilment of your orders.
1.1.5 Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.
IP ADDRESSES AND COOKIES
2.1 We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
2.2 For the same reason, we may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer’s hard drive. They help us to improve our site and to deliver a better and more personalised service. They enable us:
2.2.1 To estimate our audience size and usage pattern.
2.2.2 To store information about your preferences, and so allow us to customise our site according to your individual interests.
2.2.3 To speed up your searches.
2.2.4 To recognise you when you return to our site.
2.3 You may refuse to accept cookies by activating the setting on your browser which allows you to refuse the setting of cookies.
However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our site.
2.5 Energized Customs use a service that saves the contents of your basket when you haven’t completed a transaction.
If you quit the Sunnamusk London website without placing an order, our system will remember the items you added to your basket and send you an email with a reminder plus similar offers and products.
We do this to make sure your shopping experience is as hassle free as possible. If you do not want to receive marketing emails in the future, please click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email you have received.
WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
3.2 All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology.
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
3.3 Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.
Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.
3.4 We will not hold, or share to a third party, any credit card or payment details provided to us when purchasing from our store.
Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

4.3 If you are an existing customer, we will only contact you by electronic means (e-mail or SMS) with information about goods and services similar to those which were the subject of a previous sale to you.

5.1 We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 736 of the UK Companies Act 1985.
Our site may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.
ACCESS TO INFORMATION
7.1 The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
(A) Payment must be made by the customer by credit card or PayPal including any other method available on sunnamusk.com.
Note: Both payment solutions offered by sunnamusk.com use a credit or debit card. The only difference is that with Paypal, you may be redirected to their own website to proceed, which does not affect a safe payment at all. It is 100% safe, therefore you can proceed to payment without any doubt
WHAT TO DO?
Once on PayPal website: (1) Choose to pay as a guest, so you do not have to open an account with PayPal if you do not wish so.
(2) Then fill in your payment details and pay for your order.
(B) To protect itself against the risk of payment default by the customer, sunnamusk.com reserves the right to exclude certain methods of payment in an individual case.
(C) The Customer agrees to receive a confirmation invoice through their e-mail.
We always do our best to ensure orders are processed correctly, however, sometimes mistakes do occur and we are keen to resolve them for you as quickly as possible.
If for whatever reason you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return any unopened products to us. Ensure the item is still in its original condition, unopened and is returned to us securely.
We offer a full refund and exchange on packaged, sealed items within 14 working days of purchase. Fragrance Oils in clear or crystal bottles are exempt. We do not offer refund on promotional, reduced or discounted items. Please note that we are only able to assist with refund or replacement if the product is damaged. Prior to receiving a video or picture as proof of damage.

Returns, exchanges and replacements are processed as soon as we receive your items. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending your item back to us. We are not able to reimburse the cost of postage paid to send the goods back to us.
RECEIVING A REFUND
When returning goods to customer services or in-store, refunds will be paid to the same method of payment used on the original order. The refund value will be for the price paid when the order was placed.
We offer delivery to both the UK and Europe. Delivery is free for orders over £50.
- UK Standard Delivery (4-5 Working Days) – Free over £50
- UK Second Class Delivery (2-4 Working Days) – £3.95
- UK First Class Delivery (1-3 Working Days) – £5.95
- UK Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days, weekdays only) – £9.95
- EU Standard Delivery (8-10 Working Days) customs fees may apply – £16.99
- United States and Canada (8-10 Working Days) customs fees may apply – £35
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. If you wish to receive your order using express delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm.
We process orders Monday through to Friday 9am-5pm excluding bank holidays. Any orders we receive outside of these times will be processed the next working day. Express delivery orders received after Friday 1pm will be processed on the next working day (Monday).
POTENTIAL SHIPPING DELAYS
Due to the recent Royal Mail strikes, your order delivery may be delayed. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and we appreciate your understanding.
We encourage you to make your holiday purchases as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Although Royal Mail have not updated any tracking information, most orders are already in transit and we hope they will be delivered soon.
Please refer to your orders page on our website for future updates. We will also send a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.
